Mncobi Mndzebele

Mncobi Mndzebele is a self taught ballpoint pen artist from the Kingdom of Eswatini. His artistic journey began in 2016, driven by a deep desire to tell authentic African stories through portraiture. In 2025, he began incorporating coffee into his practice, combining bold black pen strokes with warm golden brown tones of coffee to create a distinctive visual contrast. Women serve as the primary storytellers in his art, embodying strength, authenticity, and layered beauty.
